The Red Cross offers a quick quiz to test your preparedness for a hurricane or other weather-related disaster. What needs to be included in a survival kit? The Red Cross also provides a list to help you plan. One of the items on the list is to make copies of personal documents, including insurance policies. An inventory of your home’s contents will make any post disaster claim easier.
