Castle Inspection Service Integrates with e2Value

Expands Client Offerings to Include e2Value Replacement Cost Valuation

Salt Lake City, UT and Stamford, CT (March 10, 2006) Castle Inspection Service, one of the insurance industry’s premier residential inspection providers, and e2Value®, Inc., a leading provider of Insurance-to-Value Internet applications, announced today an agreement to integrate their services. Castle, a division of Overland Solutions, Inc, will add e2Value’s replacement cost valuation solutions to its product offerings for residential inspection clientele nationwide.

“Our primary goal is to provide our customers with exceptional inspection services and a high level of customer service,” said Jeff Smith, president of Castle Inspection Service. “By adding e2Value to our replacement cost data options, we continue to solidify our position as the premier provider of outsourced inspection services.”

Castle and e2Value will leverage technology to integrate each other’s business processes. This system-to-system integration will allow for rapid processing while consistently returning Castle’s well-known inspection reports.

“Our focus is to be the valuation model of choice – especially for higher valued homes,” said Todd Rissel, CEO of e2Value, Inc. “Our collaboration with Castle provides more carriers with exceptional valuation and inspection options, and thus more ways to meet their strategic objectives.”

e2Value provides insurance, banking and real estate companies nationwide with replacement cost valuations for all properties throughout the United States, with estimators focused on residential, commercial, and farm and ranch structures. The latter two offerings were launched in early 2005. The company introduced the first standardized, customizable system for insurers and the banking industry to accurately and quickly determine the individual replacement cost values of these individual properties in a way consistent with today’s technology, noted Mr. Rissel.
